The specific details are as follows:

1.  All packages, including but not limited to samples and document express, may be subject to tariffs.

2.  Express companies typically adopt a "settle tariffs before delivery" or "deliver first, settle later" (tax bills may be delayed) model. Under the "deliver first, settle later" model, if the recipient fails to pay the tariffs on time, the express company will entrust the carrier to collect the tariffs on their behalf, and BuckyDrop will deduct the corresponding amount from your account based on the express company's invoice and the customs duty bill.

3.  Express companies will unconditionally recover all taxes and miscellaneous fees arising from rejection, loss of contact, or untimely payment, etc., according to the invoice, without any time limit for recovery and without accepting any form of appeal.

To minimize your potential losses, we strongly recommend that you:

1.  Prioritize choosing non-UPS/DHL/FedEx alternative shipping routes.

2.  Arrange for the prompt shipment of packages destined for the United States.

3.  Given the uncertainty of the U.S. tariff policy, it is recommended that you temporarily refrain from shipping valuable or unique items during this period and wait until the policy is clear before arranging secure transportation.

アメリカの関税政策の変更に伴い、2025年5月2日より、UPS/DHL/FedEx国際物流を通じてアメリカへ発送される荷物には、高い確率で関税が課せられるリスクがございます。詳細は以下の通りです。

1.  サンプルや書類を含むすべての荷物が課税対象となる可能性があります。

2.  物流業者は通常、「関税を先に決済してから配送」または「先に配送してから決済」（請求書が遅れて届く場合）のいずれかの方式を採用します。「先に配送してから決済」方式の場合、受取人が期日までに税金を支払わない場合、物流業者は運送業者に代金回収を委託し、BuckyDropはお客様のアカウントから物流業者の請求書と税関の納税通知書に基づき、該当金額を差し引かせていただきます。

3.  宅配便会社は請求書に基づき、全ての税金と、拒否受領、連絡不能、または支払いの不履行などの理由により発生した雑費を無条件で徴収します。徴収期限は設けられず、いかなる形式の申し立ても受け付けません。

お客様の潜在的な損失を軽減するため、以下の対応を強くおすすめいたします。

1.  UPS/DHL/FedEx以外の物流ルートを優先的にご選択ください。

2.  アメリカ向けの荷物は、お早めにご発送ください。

3.  アメリカ合衆国の関税政策の不確実性を考慮し、この期間中の高価な品物や一点物の荷物のご発送は一時的に見合わせ、政策が明確になった後に安全な配送方法をご検討ください。
