Service Suspension Notice: HK DHL Preferential Line（US）& HK DHL Preferential Line (Heavy Cargo)（US） to the United States
We have received an urgent notification from our logistics provider that due to capacity constraints, the HK DHL Preferential Line（US） and HK DHL Preferential Line (Heavy Cargo)（US） services for shipments to the United States will be temporarily suspended.
Our logistics provider will cease accepting new shipments for these routes, and our platform will suspend these service options starting on April 25th.
We are actively communicating and negotiating with the logistics provider and will reinstate these routes as soon as service resumes. Please await further notification from our platform regarding the specific resumption time.
Packages successfully shipped before April 25th will not be affected, and BuckyDrop will closely monitor their progress. In the meantime, you may consider using other available shipping options on our platform, such as UPS(HK)-5500.

この度、物流業者からの緊急連絡により、香港DHL特恵（アメリカ）および香港DHL特恵大型貨物（アメリカ）のアメリカ向け路線サービスは、輸送能力の影響により一時停止されることとなりました。これに伴い、BuckyDropでは4月25日より該当路線のサービスを一時停止いたします。現在、物流業者と積極的に協議・交渉を行っており、路線が復旧次第、速やかにサービスの再開を予定しております。具体的な再開時期につきましては、改めてご案内申し上げますので、しばらくお待ちください。なお、4月25日までに発送済みの荷物につきましては、今回のサービス停止の影響はございません、BuckyDropにて優先的に追跡・対応いたします。代替路線として、UPS(HK)-5500などの他の路線をご利用いただけます。
