Urgent Notice: BuckyDrop Logistics Plan Adjustment in Response to U.S. Tariff Policy Changes
In response to the latest U.S. tariff policy adjustments, we are committed to ensuring the smooth operation of your business. We hereby notify you of the following changes to our logistics plans:
I. Major Adjustments to U.S. Tariff Policies
Effective from February 4, 2025 (Eastern Time, U.S.), the U.S. government has implemented the following policies:
● Universal Tariff Increase: An additional 10% tariff will be imposed on all packages originating from China (including Hong Kong) and sent to the U.S.
● Elimination of Low-Value Exemption: Goods valued at less than $800 will no longer be eligible for tax-free treatment.
II. Adjustments to BuckyDrop Logistics Routes to the U.S.
Based on the above policies, starting from February 5, 2025 (Beijing Time), we will implement the following measures for logistics routes to the U.S.:
1. Prepaid Tariff Routes
The following logistics routes to the U.S. will pre-collect a tariff of 30% of the declared value of goods (the final amount will be settled based on the actual amount collected by U.S. Customs, with refunds for overpayments and additional charges for underpayments):

● SF Ecommerce Express-CD
● SF Air Mail (Small)
● Duty-Free Air Express
● YunExpress clothing Registered Air Mail
● YunExpress Air Cargo (General)
● YunExpress Air Cargo (Batteries)
● US Ocean Carriage (Regular Ship)
● NL Post Preferential Air Mail (Batteries)
● NL Post Preferential Standard Air Mail
● ETK
● China Post Registered Air Mail

2. Routes with Recipient-Paid Tariffs
For packages sent via the following logistics routes to the U.S., the recipient will be responsible for paying the tariffs:
● HK DHL Preferential Line (Heavy Cargo)（US）
● HK DHL Preferential Line（US）
● UPS(HK)-5500
● HK UPS Cargo (small)
● Mainland China UPS
3. Routes with Pending Confirmation on Tariff Payment
The tariff payment methods for the following routes have not yet been confirmed. We will provide updates as soon as possible:
● Aramex Air Cargo
● Aramex Air Cargo (Heavy)
