● Should the consignee refuse to pay customs duties, leading to the courier company claiming these charges from BuckyDrop, the corresponding amount will be directly deducted from the pre-collected customs duty deposit, with any surplus being refunded and any shortfall being charged accordingly.

● Once the consignee has paid the customs duties, you may provide the destination country's tax invoice (tax bill) and contact your dedicated account manager to request a refund of the customs duty deposit.

To avoid the imposition of the customs duty deposit and potential refusal of payment risks, we strongly recommend prioritizing the use of tax-inclusive shipping lines for your shipments to the United States.

米国における関税政策の変更に伴い、2025年4月23日午前10時（日本時間）より、BuckyDropでは米国宛てのUPS/DHL国際エクスプレス便の荷物に対し、申告価格の150%に相当する関税保証金をお預かりすることになりました。 

関税保証金について：

受取人が関税の支払いを拒否したため、運送会社からBuckyDropに関税の請求があった場合、事前に徴収した関税保証金から該当金額を差し引かせていただきます（不足分は追加請求、過剰分は返金）。

受取人が関税を支払った場合、目的国の納税証明書（納付書）をご提出いただければ、専属カスタマーマネージャーに連絡して関税保証金の返金を申請できます。

対応のアドバイス：

関税保証金及び支払い拒否リスクを回避するため、アメリカ向け荷物に「関税込み」配送方法のご利用を強くお勧めいたします。
