BuckyDrop 2026 Chinese New Year Service Arrangements
As the Lunar New Year approaches, the entire BuckyDrop team wishes you a Happy New Year and a prosperous business!
To celebrate the Chinese New Year, BuckyDrop will be on holiday from February 14 (Saturday) to February 22 (Sunday), 2026 (UTC+8). Service timelines will be adjusted during this period. Please plan your business operations accordingly:
Customer Service
Service Suspension: From 18:00 on Feb 13 to 09:00 on Feb 23. Online chat, email, WeChat, and WhatsApp services will be suspended.
Service Resumption: Services will resume at 09:00 on Feb 23. Inquiries will be processed in the order they were received. Standard response times are expected to resume by Feb 27.
Reminder: To ensure business continuity, we recommend contacting us as early as possible before the holiday.
Purchasing & After-Sales Services
Service Suspension: From 18:00 on Feb 13 to 09:30 on Feb 22. Processing of purchase orders, shipping follow-ups, and return/exchange services will be suspended. Order status updates will also be paused during this time.
Service Resumption:
Order Purchasing: Resumes at 09:30 on Feb 22. Orders will be processed based on payment time. Normal efficiency will resume on Mar 1.
Shipping Follow-ups & After-sales: Returns, exchanges, and order tracking services will resume at 09:30 on Feb 28. Normal efficiency will resume on Mar 4.
Reminder: Logistics backlogs in China during the festival may lead to delays; please understand that return/exchange cycles may be longer than usual.
Supplier Lead Times
Shipping Suspension: Most domestic suppliers in China are expected to stop shipping around Feb 8, with a few extending operations until Feb 13.
Reminder: We strongly advise planning your product purchases in advance. These dates are estimates based on previous experience and are for reference only.
Warehouse Services
Service Suspension: From 17:00 on Feb 13 to 09:00 on Feb 20. All services including order signing, value-added services, and parcel outbound shipping will be suspended.
Service Resumption: Processing will resume at 09:00 on Feb 20 based on submission order. Normal efficiency is expected by Feb 26.
Reminder: Due to the surge in parcel volume after the holiday, inbound and outbound shipping times may be delayed.

Withdrawal & Top-up Services
Service Suspension: From 18:30 on Feb 13 to 09:30 on Feb 23. Withdrawals and offline top-ups will be suspended.
Service Resumption: Processing resumes at 09:30 on Feb 23. Overall processing time will be extended by approximately 48 hours.
Reminder: Online top-up services will remain fully operational and unaffected.
Technical Support
Service Suspension: From 18:30 on Feb 13 to 09:30 on Feb 23.
Service Scope: Handling of non-urgent system issues and bugs will be paused.
Service Resumption: Processing will resume at 09:30 on Feb 23 in order of submission.
Social Media Services
Service Suspension: From 18:30 on Feb 13 to 09:30 on Feb 23.
Service Scope: Updates and replies on all social media platforms will be paused.
Service Resumption: Resumes at 09:30 on Feb 23.
