I. Quick Registration
1. Access the Registration Page

2. Create an Account and Log In
● Step 1
Enter your email address and password. Complete the email verification, read and agree to the agreement and policy, and click the "Sign Up" button.

You will be automatically redirected to your BuckyDrop account dashboard.
II. Import Products, Easily Manage Product Information
Import products to centrally manage product information and simplify the order fulfillment process.
1. Import Products
1.1 Add a Single Product
● Step 1
On the "Sourcing" - "Product List" page, click "Add customized products"

● Step 2
Select "Purchased by Yourself"

● Step 3
Fill in the product information and click "Save"

1.2 Import Products in Bulk
● Step 1
On the "Sourcing" - "Product List" page, click "Bulk import of products"

● Step 2
You will be automatically redirected to the "Tools" - "Batch Product Import" page, click "Bulk import of products"

Download the provided product import template and fill in the product information according to the template requirements.

Click "Import Template," upload the completed Excel file. After confirming that everything is correct, click "Confirm Importing" to complete the product import.

After sales orders are generated, you can import the order information into BuckyDrop to achieve automated order processing and submission.
1. Create Manual Orders
1.1 Manually Fill and Upload a Single Order
● Step 1
On the "Orders" - "Store Orders" page, click "Create Manual Order"

● Step 2
Fill in the recipient information.

● Step 3
Select the products and click "Add to order"

● Step 4
The order is successfully added.

1.2 Import Manual Order Forms in Bulk
● Step 1
Click "Bulk Import Manual Orders"

● Step 2
Download the template and fill in the required information in the template form.

Import the template and click "Confirm Importing"

The orders are successfully imported.

2. Order Processing
● Step 1
BuckyDrop will automatically process the orders. On the "Orders" page, you can view the order status. When the order status is "Purchased" click "More" and then click "Enter Logistics Data"

● Step 2
Fill in the logistics provider and tracking number for the goods shipped to the BuckyDrop warehouse, and wait for the supplier's goods to be shipped to the BuckyDrop warehouse.

● Step 3
When the supplier's goods arrive at the warehouse, we will verify the basic information such as the quantity and size of the goods and complete the warehousing. The order status will automatically update to "Awaiting Pickup."

IV. Account Recharge and Settings to Ensure Smooth Order Fulfillment
BuckyDrop uses a pre-recharge deduction model. To ensure your orders are fulfilled promptly and automatically, please recharge your account in advance. BuckyDrop's fees include order fulfillment fees and shipping fees. You can view the detailed pricing standards on the Pricing page.
1. Access Account Balance
● Go to "Personal Center" - "Account & Balance" and click " Top Up"

2. Perform Recharge
● Select the recharge method, recharge amount, and payment method, and complete the payment.



3. Adjust Automatic Order Placement Range Settings
● On the "Settings" - "Order Settings" page, adjust the automatic order placement range setting to "Fulfill All Orders."

V. Automated Packages, Complete Control
BuckyDrop provides automated package processing and full logistics tracking services, allowing you to monitor package status in real time.
1. Submit Packages
● BuckyDrop automatically submits packages. On the "Shipping Records" page, you can see the status of your packages.
