Customer Service Availability Adjustment:

The BuckyDrop customer service team will suspend pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale consultation services from 18:00 on January 26 to 9:00 on February 3, 2025. Normal customer support services will resume at 9:00 on February 3, 2025.

If you have any questions or needs, we recommend contacting us before the holiday for timely assistance.

Procurement Service Availability Adjustment:

From January 27 to February 2, 2025, BuckyDrop will suspend procurement services. During this period, your orders will display a "Paid" status. For procurement orders submitted during this time, we will begin processing them sequentially based on payment time starting at 9:30 on February 3, 2025.

Supplier Availability Adjustment:

During the Spring Festival, sellers on Taobao, 1688 and other domestic e-commerce platforms in China will gradually take holidays, which may significantly impact domestic procurement and delivery times. Based on past experience, most stores may pause shipments around January 20 and resume around February 5. A few may stop shipping later, around January 25, and resume on February 13. Please note that these dates are for reference only, and actual shipping times may vary depending on specific merchant circumstances. Additionally, uncertainties in domestic logistics may also affect transportation times.

We strongly recommend planning your product procurement and shipping arrangements in advance and stocking popular items at the BuckyDrop warehouse to ensure business continuity and enhance customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Service Availability Adjustment:

The deadline for express delivery receipt at the BuckyDrop warehouse is 17:00 on January 26. From January 27 to February 2, 2025, BuckyDrop will suspend warehouse services. Services will gradually return to normal starting at 9:00 on February 3.

Value-Added Service Availability Adjustment:

Value-added services will be paused from January 27 to February 2, 2025. Services will gradually resume starting at 9:00 on February 3.

International Logistics Service Availability Adjustment:

Please refer to the time-table below for the Spring Festival service schedule of various logistics routes. Note that transport delays may occur due to package backlogs and manpower shortages, so we advise arranging shipments in advance.

Withdrawal and Recharge Service Availability Adjustment:

From 18:30 on January 26 to 9:30 on February 3, 2025, BuckyDrop will suspend withdrawal and offline recharge services. We will begin processing requests sequentially starting at 9:30 on February 3. Please note that online recharge services will not be affected and will operate as usual.
