Important Notice: Canada Post Strike Alert and BuckyDrop Logistics Adjustments for Canada
Please be advised that based on the latest alerts from Canadian logistics providers, Canada Post is anticipated to begin a strike starting May 22, 2025.

This strike is expected to severely impact logistics transportation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. To minimize the impact of the Canada Post strike, BuckyDrop will be implementing the following adjustments to our logistics services for shipments to Canada:
[Scope of Impact]
I. Postal Lines:
Currently, the final delivery for all postal lines relies on Canada Post services. Once the strike commences, significant parcel backlogs are expected, and in-transit parcels may not be deliverable or returnable to other service provider warehouses. Parcels will only resume delivery after the strike ends, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we strongly advise you to use postal lines for shipments to Canada with caution.
Affected Lines:
EMS Preferential Line-HZ / EUB-HZ / e-EMS-HB
II. Special Lines:
Currently, the final delivery for some logistics providers has been fully converted to commercial delivery (UNI/UPS). However, some UNI/UPS commercial delivery services may not cover all postal code areas in Canada. Whether the special line supports the Canadian postal code area you wish to ship to will be subject to the actual support displayed on the order placement interface.
Affected Lines:
YunExpress Air Cargo (General) / CA Air Cargo (General) / YunExpress Air Cargo (Batteries) / CA Air Cargo (Special) / Duty-Free Air Express / SF Air Mail (Small)
III. Express Lines:
Affected by the Canada Post strike, it is anticipated that the parcel volume for express lines such as UPS/DHL will significantly increase, leading to severe parcel backlogs and delivery delays. During this period, the timeliness of express lines cannot be guaranteed.
Affected Lines:
Mainland China UPS / UPS(HK)-5500 / Hong Kong UPS / HK DHL Preferential Line / HK UPS Preferential Line / HK DHL Preferential Line (Heavy Cargo)
[Estimated Recovery Time]
BuckyDrop has not yet received specific information regarding the end date of the Canada Post strike. We will continue to monitor the strike's progress, and we will notify you immediately once logistics services return to normal.
We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience the Canada Post strike may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
