Notice of Adjustment to EMS Line Billing Rules for Select Countries
Dear BuckyDrop Users,
The billing rules for the EMS line to certain countries have been adjusted, effective 2025-10-20 at 16:30 (UTC+8).
【Adjusted Countries】
UAE, Singapore, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Israel, Portugal, Norway, Spain, Japan, France, Italy, Sweden, Chile, South Africa, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Thailand
New Billing Rules：
If any single side of the package is < 60cm in length, billing will be based on actual weight.
If any single side of the package is ≥ 60cm in length, billing will be based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
Volumetric weight calculation formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) / 6000
【Other Countries】
If any single side of the package is < 40cm in length, billing will be based on actual weight.
If any single side of the package is ≥ 40cm in length, billing will be based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
Volumetric weight calculation formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) / 6000
