Notice of Service Adjustments and Timelines for BuckyDrop Staff Day

To show our appreciation for the hard work and outstanding contributions of our employees, who are the reason we can consistently provide high-quality service, BuckyDrop will be holding a Staff Day event on Friday, September 5th, and Monday, September 8th, 2025 (UTC+8).

During this period, some of our service timelines will be adjusted. You may still submit orders as usual. However, to ensure your business is not affected, we recommend that you arrange to submit any urgent or time-sensitive orders in advance. After the Staff Day event, we will resume services and expedite processing as quickly as possible.

The specific service adjustments and timelines are as follows:

1. BuckyDrop Staff Day Service Adjustment Schedule

We will suspend Customer Service and Warehouse Service on Friday, September 5th, and Sourcing Service, Logistics Consultation, Financial Service, Technical Support, and Social Media Service on Monday, September 8th. 

2. BuckyDrop Staff Day Service Timelines

Customer Service

From 18:00 on September 4th to 09:00 on September 6th, we will suspend all manual customer service, including online chat, email, WeChat, and WhatsApp. You may leave a message during this period, and all messages will be processed in the order of submission once service resumes at 09:00 on September 6th. Normal timeliness will resume on September 9th.

Warehouse Service

From 17:00 on September 4th to 09:00 on September 6th, we will suspend all warehouse services, including order receiving, value-added services, and parcel shipping. We will begin processing orders in the order of submission starting from 09:00 on September 6th. Normal timeliness will resume on September 9th.

Sourcing Service

From 18:00 on September 7th to 09:30 on September 9th, all sourcing-related services, including order processing and returns/exchanges, will be suspended. We will begin processing in the order of submission starting from 09:30 on September 9th. Normal timeliness for sourcing order processing will resume on September 12th, and for sourcing order returns/exchanges, on September 13th.

Logistics Consultation

From 18:30 on September 7th to 09:30 on September 9th, we will suspend logistics-related consultation services, including in-transit tracking and parcel exception handling. All inquiries will be processed in order starting from 09:30 on September 9th, with an expected completion time before 18:00 on September 9th. Normal timeliness will resume on September 10th.

Financial Service

From 18:30 on September 7th to 09:30 on September 9th, BuckyDrop will suspend withdrawal and offline top-up services. We will begin processing in order starting from 09:30 on September 9th. Normal timeliness will resume on September 10th.

Please note that online top-up services will not be affected and can be used as normal.

Technical Support

From 18:30 on September 7th to 09:30 on September 9th, we will suspend the handling of non-urgent system issues and malfunctions. Any issues you submit during this period will be processed in the order of submission once service resumes at 09:30 on September 9th.

Social Media Service

From 18:30 on September 7th to 09:30 on September 9th, we will suspend updates and replies on our social media platforms. All messages will be processed in order starting from 09:30 on September 9th.
