Notification of Logistics Billing Rule Adjustment for EMS Preferential Line-HZ Line (Partial Countries)
Please be advised that the logistics billing rules for the EMS Preferential Line-HZ line, targeting certain countries, have been formally adjusted effective October 14, 2025, at 18:00 (UTC+8).
The specific changes are as follows:
Affected Countries (Total 9):
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea
New Billing Rules:
If any side of the package measures ≥60cm, the chargeable weight will be the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: (Length×Width×Height in cm)/6000.
If all three sides of the package measure <60cm, billing will continue to be based on the actual weight.
Important Note: The billing rules for the EMS Preferential Line-HZ line for all other countries not listed above remain unchanged.
