We have received an urgent notification from our logistics partner that HK DHL Preferential Line（US） and HK DHL Preferential Line (Heavy Cargo)（US） services to the United States are temporarily suspended due to capacity limitations.
The logistics provider will cease accepting shipments for these routes, and our platform will suspend these services as of May 20th.
We are actively communicating and negotiating with our logistics partner. Once the services are restored, we will promptly resume them on the platform. Please await further notice from us regarding the specific resumption time.
Please note that packages successfully sent before May 20th will not be affected, and the BuckyDrop team will closely monitor their delivery. As an alternative, you may choose routes such as UPS(HK)-5500 for your shipments.
